WUN Nanotechnology for Healthcare Summer School 2010
Forest Park Hotel, 6th - 9th September 2010
This international summer school, sponsored by the Worldwide Universities Network, provides a comprehensive overview of recent developments in bionanoscience and technology with an emphasis on healthcare applications. Leading experts will cover the basics of nanofabrication and biomolecular recognition before moving on to more specialized topics such as nanoscale biosensors, diagnostics and targeted drug delivery. This summer school is aimed at engineers with an interest in biomedical applications and at biomolecular scientists with an interest in nanotechnology. The programme consists of three days of lectures at a hotel in the New Forest and one day of research presentations at the University of Southampton.
